Trent Bramblett
Trent Bramblett is half of the Ceviche name. Native to Roswell, he attended North Roswell Elementary and Roswell High School. Sports were Trent's passion when he was young and he excelled in football, baseball, and basketball. Trent attended the University of Georgia and gained crucial leadership skills while he earned a degree in Speech/Communication. Radio and TV seemed like a good fit for Trent's easygoing, yet outgoing personality. After a few years, he decided to join the corporate cellular world as it emerged in the marketplace. Although the business life proved rewarding, Trent realized that family is the most important part of life and decided to jump in, head first, to a small family venture called Ceviche. His corporate skills are vital to Ceviche's operation and he now gets to spend more time with his three boys. Trent and his two delightful sons reside in Roswell and attend Roswell United Methodist Church. |
Mikka Bramblett Orrick
Mikka Bramblett Orrick is the youngest managing partner of Ceviche. She
was raised in Alpharetta/Roswell and attended Milton High School. After
trying her hand at college, Mikka succumbed to her impatience for
success, and returned to Georgia from Auburn University to apprentice at a hair salon.
She perfected the trade and made people beautiful for five years.
Mikka's spirit is not one to keep stagnant, so she wanted to see what
else she was capable of. Her dreams of owning a restaurant and her
parents words of encouragement led Mikka to create Ceviche. Having been
brought up around the food industry,
Mikka's skill and knowledge proved successful through the concept and
development of Ceviche's menu. She recruited her favorite staff members
and friends from the restaurants that she has worked in to create the
fun, friendly and comfortable atmosphere that is Ceviche. Mikka
Bramblett married Russ Orrick in August of 2009 and they welcomed a little girl, Britton Orrick into the world in July of 2012. |

The Bramblett Family
Mike and Peggy Bramblett are the parents
of Trent and Mikka, the owners of Ceviche. They are both
Atlanta natives who have propitiously run various small businesses in
Greater Atlanta for the past 35 years. Channeling their inherent
entrepreneurial spirit, this pair has taken Canton Street by storm for
nearly two decades, long before it gained popularity. Before the
creation of each thriving restaurant, the duo owned and operated two
boutiques in downtown Roswell. In 2001, the Bramblett's became
restaurateurs starting with Magnolia Cafe. Four years later, their
second restaurant "946 South" opened its doors. Following closely
behind their parents, the next generation (Trent and Mikka) opened Ceviche. It was only a matter of
time before their fourth child Zachary would join in on the family
business. Roux on Canton, a seafood and oyster bar, launched its new
concept in May of 2010. Mike and Peggy maintain the family dynamic by
actively participating in the lives of their children. |
